Sueños en Tránsito is the third studio album by the Chilean singer Nicole, released in 1997, and the second with the BMG Record Company. It was produced by the Argentine musician Gustavo Cerati. The album was received with very good criticism and far exceeded the expectations of its fans. In spite of being a very different work from her previous two albums, she managed to position Nicole as one of the most important Chilean singers of those times. In addition, she was recognized as one of the most promising female artists in Latin America, along with the then-rising Shakira.
