For the first time the Spanish singer decides to take risks record an album of genre ranchero with the successes of the Mexican singer-songwriter, without more publicity and without knowing what could happen, this recording gets high sales levels, becoming one of the best albums in that year and without a doubt one of the most important in of the Record career of Rocío Dúrcal, obtaining Double Gold Record and Double Platinum Record only in Mexico. Being so much the success of the album that most of the songs eventually became 'Icons' of ranchera music.
