Sometime in 2003 I discovered I really enjoyed creating NES chiptunes, and made a few of them throughout the years. I don’t think this is all of them, but this is a lot of them. Thats the problem with not actually having a real website for a number of years!
The song “preelude” is an arrangement of the famous Final Fantasy prelude that has played at the beginning of pretty much every Final Fantasy game since the first one. Also, the song AGENTMETAL was written for the awesome Commodore 64 fan-game “Metal Warriors 4? by The Covert BitOps.

This album is over 30 minutes of pure NES chiptune madness, written over the last quarter of 2008 and the first quarter of 2009.
Peaches En Regalia is an arrangement of the classic Frank Zappa masterpiece off of his album Hot Rats.

In 2002, Dennis had a bunch of stupid melodies and sounds in his head that would have been inappropriate to try to work into the music of the band he was in at the time. Thus, captain tortilla was born.
Between 2002 and 2004, three captain tortilla EPs were made, and between 2004 and 2007, only a few nintendo “chiptunes” have been made, but in early 2009 Dennis decided that he would take captain tortilla off of the furthest-back part of the backburner, and actually devote some attention to it! This meant the creation of the 2009 album, “Ninjanomics”
Dennis is also excited about the blog format of his new website, giving him a place to actually post one-off songs that may or may not necessarily be album material, or end up on an album.
When Dennis is not coming up with silly lighthearted music as captain tortilla, he is playing silly death metal in the bands Dissolution and PMPR.
