Psychotic Reaction is a streetpunk/oi band formed in 1997. Based in the New Haven area of Ct., Psychotic Reaction consists of 4 members: Dr.J-bass,vox ,Psychotic Robb-guitar,vox; Dennis Reaction-vox,guitar; Ace-drums. Psychotic Reaction play fast, furious streetpunk songs that will have you pogoing all over the place. If you like your punk rock with attitude and speed then were the band for you. Claims to fame: Finalists in the Yoohoo/Lycos.com/Alternative Press Warped Speed Contest for best unsigned punk band in the U.S.; voted best punk band in the New Haven Advocate's Grand Band Slam;have played with such bands as the UK Subs, the Vibrators, Vice Squad, Aus Rotten, The Unseen, F Minus, etc. Four drunk punx who play nihilistic, in your face, punk...enough said? In 2001, Ace left the band and was replaced by new drummer Mike Sweaty Sanchez. In 2002, Psychotic Robb left the band leaving Psychotic Reaction as a trio for 2003.
