Описание: Spring, Hell, Autumn, Winter - a film by Vaclav Kucera that was created for the Czech Television in 1995. It is a documentary about doubts of a man who in the face of chaos and „God's tricks doesn't know what to do with his talent. The screenplay was written by Pavel Rajcan, Vaclav Kucera and Martin Veilsek. Director of photography: Marek Jicha. The title itself came from Miroslav Wanek. A significant part of the film constitutes music recorded by the band Uz jsme doma in a Czech Television studio under the direction of the late sound master Petr Simak and the band's sound engineer Ladislav Vesely. The music was written by Miroslav Wanek in cooperation with Jindrich Dolansky in Branik at Christmas in 2004. The music was also released separately on the same-titled CD at UJD's expense.

Teplice on a Plate
A documentary by VSclav Kucera from 1992, which was a part of the musical series BAGO (Czech TV), records first era of the band Uz jsme doma, especially with regard to Teplice and formation of the so-called Teplice's punk scene. The film takes us from the studio in Branik through Old town Square, where Uz jsme doma played benefit show for the Kurds, to a town of Dubf u Teplic, where the original rehearsal place of U2 jsme doma, but also its predecessor-band FPB, used to be. The second part of the movie leads us to the devastated Krusne hory (North Bohemian mountains) and the also devastated city of Teplice, where for example a despoiled church was turned into a disco club. In this church, the movie production organized live version of Martin Velicek's painting - The Last Supper - where about 50 naked diners around U-table feasted on a rubber dinner. The ending of the film brings us to the former atelier of Martin Velisek where we can see his paintings and also a few objects made from glass, which was Velisek's original profession.The narrator's voice of famous Czech actor David Vavra partly heard in the film.

Hollywood, 1993
A music video by Vaclav Kucera that was created for BMG company, which released the same-titled album in 1993. The video, besides Uz jsme doma, also features two excellent dancers - Karel Vanek and Eva Cerna. Eva Cerna unfortunately recently passed away, hence this first release of the video is dedicated to her memory.
Rockfest 1987
A partial recording of a concert at the Palace of Culture, Prague (now the Prague Congress Centre) on April 26,1987. This was the closing concert of the festival, so the foyer got filled with crowd of all the other halls and the atmosphere was spectacular, especially during the Amen piece. The fact, that it was possible to organise such a concert (largely thanks to Lenka Zogatova and Josef Vlcek) in the Palace of Culture - one of the centre of communist ideology, gave a strong feeling of hope for better times to all the participants. It is the oldest extant video recording of the second formation of UJD (Wanek, Dolansky, Hanzlik and Horvath) and it is also the only video recording with the late Jula Horvath, to whom it is dedicated to on this DVD.

Paradise Lounge, San Francisco, USA, 1992
Right away in 1992, UJD went overseas. This first journey was not yet an real tour, nevertheless ten concerts had been held on the West Coast, one even in Mexico. A partial recording, released on this DVD, comes from a concert at the famous club Paradise Lounge in San Francisco, where UJD later often played and where later they met for example Jello Biafra from Dead Kennedys or Peter Albin from Big Brother The Holding Company. In this period, they also first met the band The Residents which lead to later cooperation on Freak Show and a longlasting friendship. The recording from June 12,1992 was preserved only on VHS which translates to its quality (as with all the concert bonuses on this DVD), still it is a document of an important era of UJD with regard to the formation and as an indication of a lengthy and multiple touring in the US and Canada lasting till this day.

Note: the song Toadeaters is the only recording of the original „pre-revolutionary version with kind of straight political lyrics, rarely found in UJD's songs. Later after Velvet Revolution is was re-named to Blindness with new lyrics. That version first time appeared on album Hollywood in 1993. Some of songs here [as Draining This Pond or Halfway] are sung in English on stage, which was the situation only during this first tour in 1992. UJD later followed audience wishes to sing only in Czech - to bring original sound of language on foreign stages.
Petynka, Prague, 1994
A partial recording of a concert at Prague's club „Na Petynce, which no longer exists. Petynka was a very important place for UJD: for example, the first sizable song of UJD'sYep-ertoire-ln The Middle Of Words-was premiered here and before Delta club it was basically their home club. The video of this concert of June 28,1994 was recorded by Dr. Otto Sepl and out of all the bonuses of the concerts it is in the best sound quality as a sound recording from the mixing table was also available. The period and formation coresponds with recording of the „Fairytales from Needland album and so the concert is a documentary which features for example bassist Jan Cerha, who didn't play with the band for long, though intensely.
For example he is the author of the beautiful bass part in the song The Soil.

An illustration of the band's activities on the European scene and a video recording of a formation that was definitely one of the strongest in the history of UJD, a formation with the biggest load of endless tours abroad, mainly in the US but also in Europe or the Czech Republic. This formation included Jindra Dolansky, Honza Cejka, Radek Podvesky, Petr Bohm, Miroslav Wanek and Martin Velicek. Since then, an integral member of the group is also the sound engineer Milos Fiser, who travels with UJD to most of the oversea destinations. Recording of this show is coming from July 25th, 1997.

Доп. информация: Вниманию добряков - совсем новое видео от Už Jsme Doma. Как обычно - диск очень специальный, и юным проггерам к употреблению совершенно не рекомендуется. Основная часть диска - это 43-минутная авторская киношка штатного режиссёра группы Вацлава Кучеры от 1992 года. В главной роли - Мартин Величек, придворный художник группы, которого Ванек считает не менее важным участником, чем сакс или гитара. Ну ещё бы - весь уникальный дизайн ковриков сделан им....
Но фильм смотреть можно только добрякам-любителям авторского кино. Ибо чистый авангард. В главной роли - сам Мартин Величек, высокий красивый патлатый мужчина с недоразвитой левой рукой. Суть фильма, по определению Мирослава Ванека (он же и придумал название) - попытки таланта найти своё место среди хаоса и божественных шуточек. Бог - один из героев фильма. Он ходит взад и вперёд и делает непонятно что, а на вопросы главного героя - почему? - отвечает: А бог его знает.. И стограммульку бог пьёт, вынимая сигарету и лихо встав
