Описание: A Djabe zenekar már negyedik albumát közös albumát jelenteti meg Steve Hackettel Angliában. A 2017-ben napvilágot látott Life Is A Journey – The Sardinia Tapes stúdióalbumot Szardínia szigetén rögzítették. A kiadvány rendkívül sikeres lett, több mint 10 ezer példány fogyott el belőle már az első évben. A közönség és a szakma is nagyra értékelte a produkciót. Az analóg szalagokra felvett 3 napi improvizációból Barabás Tamás, a Djabe basszusgitáros hangmérnöke komponált egy teljes albumot, melyet Steve úgy értékelt, hogy az egyik legjobb dolog, amiben valaha részt vett, és nagyon büszke rá.
A kiadvány rendkívül sikeres lett, sokezer példány fogyott el belőle már az első évben. A közönség és a szakma is nagyra értékelte a produkciót
2019-ben a zenészek visszatértek Szardíniára, és elkészítették a folytatást. Ezúttal 4 napon át tartottak a felvételek. Az első lemez nyugodt, kicsit meditáló hangzása megmaradt, de a zenei összkép színesebb lett. Műfaját tekintve instrumentális progresszív rock/world/jazz/ambient fúziós zene illik rá legjobban. A felvételeket Barabás Tamás – basszusgitár, gitár; Steve Hackett – gitár; Égerházi Attila – gitár, ütőhangszerek; Nagy János- billentyűs hangszerek; Koós-Hutás Áron- trombita, szárnykürt; Kaszás Péter – dobok, ütőhangszerek, ének.
A záró számot a 2016-os felvételekből emelték be, így Gulli Briem a Mezzoforte dobosa is játszik egy számban, hiszen az első szardíniai albumon ő dobolt.
A DVD lemezre 24/96 felbontásban felkerült sztereóban és surroundban is a teljes anyag. Vizuális extraként felkerült a lemezre a zenekar által, a felvételek szüneteiben forgatott filmekből összevágott anyag, valamint 2 koncertfelvétel a 2019-es Djabe & Steve Hackett turnéból, és egy Djabe koncert videó 2018-ból.
