In a similar vein to the acclaimed ‘Squirrelz with Gunz‘ compilation released in 2007, ‘The Stomach of the Mountain’ is a compilation of Chemo‘s finest production and remix work from 2007-2011.
Featuring vocal talent from the likes of Jehst, Roots Manuva, Triple Darkness and even ‘New York Rap Legend’ Tragedy Khadafi.
The latter part of the album perhaps represents a slight shift away from the purist Hip Hop that Chemo is reputed for, however the intensity never dips, even in some of its more eclectic moments.
